X2 Third Edition / Tiny Edition : a smaller version of the DreamBlaster X2 waveblaster board, featuring USB-C connector and waveblaster header.
It is suitable for DOS gaming, als wel as integration in music products. It is 100% compatible with DreamBlaster X2.
If you want to use X2 TE for gaming only, please have a look at the
X2GS SE : you might want to consider
this one instead as it has a special licensed soundbank.

Please note : There are some older soundcards with a Waveblaster compatible header but don‘t have an MPU401 interface. Instead there is only the SoundBlaster MIDI standard supported so the games that run with the X2 TE module are limited. Also you need SoftMPU to emulate the MPU401 interface in this case.
