Shipping policy :
Processing: All orders are shipped within 1–5 business days.

Delivery: Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Tracking : Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

International Shipping : Within the European Union, VAT is included in the price and there is nothing further to pay. Outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, import VAT and a carrier handling fee, charged by your country’s customs authority when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and we cannot calculate or refund them. United Kingdom: for orders up to £135 we charge UK VAT at checkout, so there is normally nothing more to pay; above £135, UK VAT and any duty are collected on arrival instead. Every parcel is sent with a complete customs declaration, and we are not able to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value than you paid.  Germany: In accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), Serdashop is officially registered with the central LUCID Packaging Register to ensure the environmental recovery of all our shipping materials. We have partnered with Der Grüne Punkt as our authorized dual system. We kindly ask our German customers to dispose of the received cardboard shipping boxes in the designated paper recycling bin, and any plastic protective materials in the yellow bin/sack (Gelber Sack), so they can be properly recycled.

Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, with photos.
